HOT SALSA CHICKEN
A taxi driver told me this recipe, and it's great and simple.

4 or 5 frozen chicken breasts
1 (24 oz.) jar salsa (hot and spicy or mild - whatever you prefer)

Put chicken into Crock-Pot while still frozen. Then pour your choice salsa on top. Set Crock-Pot on low and cook for 4 to 5 hours, until chicken is done and falling apart.

You can make fajitas or you can put this into taco shells. It's very simple to make, but it tastes great!
