Chuck roast 4-5 beef bouillon cubes (depending on size of roast) Garlic powder Italian seasoning Pepper Sub buns Boil in Dutch oven roast, bouillon cubes and garlic powder approximately 4-5 hours or until you can shred it. Add Italian seasoning and pepper to taste. Take out all fat before adding seasonings. Serve on sub buns. Reserve some broth to use as a dip for sandwiches. |
