Thank you for posting. I love to use canned corn beef - so you just gave me another version/idea. I will however marinate an onion slice for a while - to add to the top - not incorporate into.

Kraft - also has a "jalapeno" cheese slice (just found it)... If I put this over top - and let it melt... think this combo would be even more outstanding. Have you tried a thick slice crumbled and made into corned beef gravy?? Please - post any other great idea's/recipes you have. Sorry! about changing up your post... but I use marinated onion on anything that goes into a bun...
