CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 unbaked pie crust
1 sm. can evaporated milk
3 1/2 tbsp. Hershey cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour and cocoa together; add eggs, butter, vanilla and milk. Mix well and pour into pie shell.

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Pie will crack in center when done.
