DIPPER'S NUGGETS CHICKEN | |
Chicken breast, skinned, boned and cut into nuggets BATTER: 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. self rising flour 1 1/2 tbsp. sesame seed 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Accent Oil Mix egg and water, add flour and remaining ingredients to bowl. Heat oil over medium heat. Dip nuggets in batter then fry 3 to 5 minutes, until tender. Serve with the following sauce. ROYALTY SAUCE: In saucepan mix: 1 c. catsup 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 6 tbsp. butter Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. |
