LIGHT AND DELECTABLE PIE CRUST | |
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. oil 2 tbsp. cold water DOUBLE CRUST: 1 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. oil 3 tbsp. cold water Mix flour and salt together, add oil and blend. Add water and mix with fork until forms a ball. Place between 2 pieces of waxed paper and roll to fit size of pan. Remove top wax paper and flip crust over and put in pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. |
