LIGHT -N- FRUITY PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello, any flavor
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stir in ice cubes until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip until smooth. Fold in fruit, pour into pie crust and chill 3 hours.

FRUIT SUGGESTIONS:

1 c. peaches or apricots, diced
1 c. berries
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. fruit cocktail
