LIGHT AND FRUITY PIE 
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Jello, any flavor
2/3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water ice cubes
3 c. Cool Whip topping
1 c. diced fresh, frozen or canned fruit
1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust

1. Completely dissolve Jello in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to Jello, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.

2. Using a wire whisk, blend in whipped topping, then whip until smooth.
