LIGHT `N FRUITY PIE 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello gelatin, flavor of your choice
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 container Cool Whip
1 c. or 1 (8 oz.) can fruit, your choice
1 graham cracker crust

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes. Stir until thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Remove ice cubes. Using whisk, blend in Cool Whip; whip until smooth. Fold in fruit. Chill 3 hours. Serves 6-8.
