LIGHT AND FLUFFY PIE CRUST 
3/4 c. Crisco
1/4 c. boiling water

Mix with electric mixer until smooth. Add: 1 tbsp. milk 2 c. flour

Mix until all ingredients are blended. Divide in two. Roll dough between two sheets of wax paper. Remove one sheet of wax paper. Place in pie pan. Remove second sheet of wax paper. Fill with pie filling and bake as directed on filling.

For baked pie shell, prick bottom and sides thoroughly with fork. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
