NO BAKE YUMMY BARS 
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter

Melt chocolate chips in microwave (stir after every minute). Meanwhile melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in oats. Cook slowly for about 3 minutes. Put 1/2 of oats mixture in a greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Press to make an even layer. Stir peanut butter into chocolate mixture over oats in pan. Top with remaining oat mixture. Press gently. Chill until firm then cut into 1 inch squares. Serve at room temperature.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
