CHEESE AND PASTA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
Vegetable oil
2 chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 can (1 lb.) stewed tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
8 oz. shell macaroni
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. Provolone cheese

Brown beef in oil; drain. Add onion, garlic, spaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes and mushrooms. Mix well and simmer 20 minutes. Cook macaroni and drain. Pour 1/2 shells into deep casserole. Cover with 1/2 tomato mix. Spread 1/2 sour cream over sauce. Top with slices of cheeses ending with remaining shells, sauce, sour cream and cheese. Bake covered at 350 to 35 minutes. Rmeove cover and bake until cheese melts and browns.
