1 lb. sausage
1 c. chopped onion

Brown above ingredients and put in 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle 4 ounce package of shredded cheddar cheese on top of sausage mixture. Beat 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, and 1/2 cup Bisquick and pour over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until top is brown and knife comes out clean.
