IMPOSSIBLE CHERRY PIE 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1 can cherry pie filling

STREUSEL TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. brown sugar packed down
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat all the ingredients except the cherry pie filling together and pour into a greased pie plate. Carefully spoon on cherry pie filling. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and spread Streusel evenly over pie. Return to oven and bake 10 additional minutes.
