7 - LAYER LETTUCE SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 c. diced celery
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. uncooked frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing & 2 tbsp. sugar
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled

Tear 1 head lettuce into large bowl. Spread the next 6 ingredients, in individual layers over the lettuce. Combine cheese and bacon; layer over salad dressing. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving. Keeps well for 3-4 days.
