EGGS ROYAL CASSEROLE 
2 c. plain croutons
1 c. shredded cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
Cubed ham or bacon pieces

Combine croutons and cheese and put in 2 quart greased casserole. Mix other ingredients until well blended. Pour over croutons and cheese. Put ham or bacon on top. Can be doubled. Use 9 x 13 inch pan. Make ahead, refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes, uncovered. Serves 6.
