EGG CASSEROLE 
4 c. Brownberry seasoned croutons
4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder or chopped onion
Canadian bacon, ham or sausage, cooked
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

In greased 9 x 13 pan, mix croutons and Cheddar cheese on bottom. Mix all other ingredients except the meat and pour over croutons and cheese. Top with meat.

Bake at 325°F for 55 to 60 minutes.
