CARAWAY BRUSSEL SPROUTS | |
1 1/2 lbs. brussell sprouts 2 c. chicken broth Combine above and cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes. Drain well. Preheat broiler. Toss sprouts with: 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp. caraway seeds 1/2 tsp. salt Ground pepper Place in medium baking dish. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of fresh bread crumbs. Dot with additional butter. Run under broiler briefly or until crumbs are crisp. |
