LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen lima beans
2 med. onions (chopped)
1 green pepper (diced)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
3 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled up

Cook lima beans as directed on package; drain. Save liquid with 1/2 cup water to soup. Combine onion, pepper, soup and water into saucepan. Heat, remove from heat.

Blend sour cream into soup mixture. Stir in lima beans. Put mixture in 6 cup casserole dish.

Combine bread crumbs with butter (melted). Stir in bacon. Sprinkle of lima mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
