LIMA BEANS & HAM CASSEROLE 
1 c. dried lima beans
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
6 servings precooked ham
1 tsp. brown sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook the lima beans. Brown onion lightly in butter; add water and simmer until tender. Combine with tomato sauce in casserole and top with ham. Heat thoroughly in moderate oven.
