TEXAS STYLE CUCUMBER SALAD
Goes great with any BBQ!

4 cucumbers
1 purple onion
2 firm tomatoes
1 bottle white balsamic vinegar
1 large tub dairy sour cream
seasoned salt
garlic powder
onion powder
cayenne pepper
black pepper

Peel cucumbers, wash thoroughly, and then slice thinly. Peel onion and cut into rings. Wash and cut tomatoes into half moons.

Place all of your vegetables in a large bowl that has a sturdy lid. Pour in the whole bottle (if it a larger bottle then only do half) of the white balsamic vinegar. Pour in the whole container of sour cream.

Mix in seasonings to your liking (how much to use depends completely on preference). Close the lid and shake the bowl up until all the contents are thoroughly mixed. Cool for at least an hour (I prefer overnight so that the cucumbers soak up all the flavors) so that the cucumbers are crisp.

Serve and enjoy!
