LEMON BREAD 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. buttermilk
Grated rind from 1-2 lemons
3/4 c. chopped nuts

GLAZE:

Juice of 2 lemons
3/4 c. sugar

Mix ingredients together. Put batter into greased bread pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Pour glaze over top of bread. Makes one loaf.
