LEMON POPPYSEED BREAD 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter, cooled
1 tbsp. lemon extract
3 tbsp. poppyseeds
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine sugar and eggs. Mix in milk, butter and extract. Add poppy seeds. Slowly add flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Mix well. Put in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done in a greased loaf pan.
