LEMON POPPYSEED BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1 c. boiling water
1/3 c. oil
4 eggs or egg beaters
1 tbsp. poppyseeds

Mix all ingredients.

Makes 2 regular loaves - bake at 350 degrees for 38-40 minutes OR 5 small loaves - bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven. Leave in pan. Poke holes in bread with fork.

Pour glaze over bread: 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice.
