HOMEMADE CHICKEN SALAD 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)
1/2 cup relish
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Boil chicken breasts for 25 minutes. Let chicken cool then cut into cubes.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator.

Serve with your favorite crackers or use to make sandwiches.
