HOT - CHA HOMINY 
1 can white or yellow hominy and liquid
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. mild chopped banana peppers
1 lg. peeled tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion, peppers, and tomato in butter until light brown. Add hominy, liquid, salt, and pepper. Simmer until flavors are blended and blended and liquids thicken.
