ANN'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon or 2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Cook the broccoli until tender. Drain and place in a 2-quart greased casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine cream of chicken soup with mayonnaise and the lemon juice. Add to broccoli.

Load the top with grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and scatter the melted butter over the bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
