1 pkg. frozen burritos (8)
2 sm. cans enchilada sauce (mild)
1 lb. Cheddar cheese

Pour 1 can enchilada sauce in a cake pan. Line burritos in pan. Pour other can enchilada sauce over burritos. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees. Cover with foil if you do not like a crunchy top.
