CHICKEN ENCHILADA 
1 chicken
1 sm. can chilies
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Frozen tortillas, thawed

Mix chicken, chilies, onion, soups and broth. Place in an ungreased casserole, a layer of tortillas, layer of chicken mixture, then cheese. Continue making layers, ending with cheese for the top layer. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
