ENCHILADAS 
1 glass jar picante sauce
1 can taco sauce
1 can enchilada sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 pkg. frozen tortillas
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck

Brown meat and onions; drain well. Mix all sauces together and divide in half. Grate cheese and divide in half. Mix 1/2 sauce and 1/2 cheese with meat and simmer 20 minutes. Spoon mixture onto tortillas, roll them up, and lay seam down into dish. Pour other half of sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
