EASY LASAGNA 
9 pieces of lasagna noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage, cooked
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
2 c. frozen spinach, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3-4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Turn on oven to 375 degrees.

A) Cook lasagna noodles according to instructions on package.

B) Mix spaghetti sauce and ground beef or Italian sausage.

C) Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, spinach and Parmesan cheese.

Layer in lasagna pan: First coat the bottom of pan with thin layer of (B), then layer of noodles (A), then (C) and (B). Top it off with mozzarella cheese. Repeat noodles, ricotta cheese mixture (C) spaghetti sauce mixture (B) and mozzarella cheese. Repeat one more time. Put in preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
