PISTACHIO DESSERT 
Pecan Sandies Cookies
1 1/2 sticks butter
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. Cool Whip
Pistachio pudding, lg. pkg. with 3 c. milk
Crushed walnuts

Crush bag of pecan sandies cookies and mix with butter. Press in bottom of 13x9 inch pan.

Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1 cup powdered sugar. Spread over first layer in pan.

Next layer of pistachio pudding, mixed with milk, then top with remaining Cool Whip and crushed walnuts.
