BANANA SALAD DRESSING 
4 eggs
4 tbsp. vinegar
bananas
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. water
crushed peanuts

Beat eggs well with a fork; stir sugar into eggs. Add vinegar and water. Place egg mixture in saucepan. Place saucepan in pan of hot water or double boiler and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool. Spread over sliced and quartered bananas and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.

Dressing is delicious on any fruit salad and will keep in refrigerator.

Makes 1 pint.
