PICCADILLO 
2 med. onions, diced
2 lg. green peppers, diced
Med. jar stuffed olives, drained
Sm. jar capers
1/2 pkg. seedless raisins
1 1/2 lbs. chopped meat, beef
Lg. can Hunts tomato sauce
4 full tbsp. olive oil
2 full tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Use 1/2 of olive juice from drained olives

1/4 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. paprika

(Combine all above seasonings - stir with fork.)

Saute onions and peppers in 2 tbsp. olive oil; set aside. Saute meat in 2 tbsp. olive oil. Stir in seasonings. Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce, stir well. Add rest of ingredients and cook for about 40 minutes over slow heat, covered. Serves 8. Serve over yellow or white rice.
