LAROCA CHEESE CAKE 
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped Almond Roca candy
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat gas oven to 300 degrees. Mix crumbs, sugar, candy and butter; press into 9x13x2 inch baking pan.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy; slowly add milk. Beat in eggs and vanilla; pour over crumb mixture. Bake 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool.

Combine sugar and whipping cream in small saucepan; cook 10 or 12 minutes until thickened. Stir in candy; pour over cooled cake. Chill.

TOPPING:

2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2/3 c. whipping cream
1 c. chopped Almond Roca candy
