2 eggs
1/4 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Separate the eggs. Beat together sugar and egg yolks until very light. Beat egg whites stiff. Mix flour and salt to yolk mixture. Fold in whites. Add vanilla. Press through pastry bag onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
