LADY FINGER CHEESE CAKE 
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 (1/2 pts.) heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Cream sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Add vanilla. In a separate bowl beat heavy cream. Fold in cream cheese and cream together. In spring form pan, line with lady fingers on top and bottom. Pour mixture in. Refrigerate. Top with any kind of fruit.
