LIGHT AND EASY CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. Lady Fingers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 pt. whipped heavy cream
Blueberries

Line sides and bottom of 9 inch springform pan with Lady Fingers. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Fold into whipped cream. Pour into Lady Fingers shell and let stand for 15 minutes. Chill for 5 hours. Top with blueberries. Remove sides of pan and serve.
