3 c. 10X sugar
2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 super lg. Cool Whip
1 tsp. Amaretto or almond extract
Pie crust or lady fingers
Cherries (or your favorite topping)

If using a pie crust (use as directed, if using lady fingers, line pan with these). Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar (slowly). Add Cool Whip. Add extract and put the mixture into crust. Refrigerate. Top with cherries when ready to serve.
