QUICK & EASY CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust

Mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Then mix in Cool Whip. Place in prepared graham cracker pie crust. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

OPTIONAL: For variety, spread a can of ready to use pie filling (blueberry, cherry, or strawberry) over top of cheese cake just before serving.
