1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 scant c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well. Add flour, salt and extract. Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
