1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. warm water
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes. (Grease and flour 9"x13" oblong cake pan.)
