1 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing) Hellmann's only
3 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 c. hot water
2 c. flour

Cream sugar, mayonnaise and cocoa. Add soda, vanilla, salt and water; stir in flour, beat until mixed. Pour into greased and floured 8x8x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.

Ice as desired.

Recipe can be doubled and poured into 13x9x2 inch pan and baked at same degree.
