4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. hot water
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 5 ingredients together until real fine, put in mixing bowl and add mayonnaise, hot water, vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. There is no shortening, eggs, or milk in this recipe.
