CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees (9 x 13 1/2 pan). Mix dry ingredients together and sift; add water and mayonnaise and mix; then add vanilla.

ICING:

1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Mix everything, but vanilla and nuts. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Put pan in cool water, add vanilla and nuts and beat until it starts to get stiff. Pour at once on cake.
