1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa

1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mayonnaise (Miracle Whip salad dressing)

Beat until smooth. Bake in ungreased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool completely and icing of your favorite choice. Very moist cake!
