CHEESE & MACARONI CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated 1 c. mayonnaise 1 lg. pimento, chopped 1/2 onion, chopped 1 med. can mushroom stems & pieces, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can water chestnuts, chopped Combine all ingredients and place in casserole dish. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. This recipe will make enough for 2 casseroles - you may freeze half for later. |
