BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. can of chop suey vegetables with water
1 lb. of hamburger
1 onion
1 2/3 c. Minute Rice
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Chow Mein noodles

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain and combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add chow mein noodles and serve. Extra large: double water, hamburger, add celery, one more can of soup, 3 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 cups rice.
