BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. instant rice
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can chop suey vegetables, drained

Mix together and bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. This recipe fits into a 2 1/2 quart casserole.

(I add additional water chestnuts because I like them. You can add ingredients as you wish. You may have to add a little more water.)
