BAKED CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lb. chop suey meat (1/2 pork, 1/2 veal)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
Soy sauce to taste

Saute onions and celery. Brown meat. Add ingredients in above order in a greased casserole. Dot with butter and crushed corn flakes or potato chips. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
